Jess Grief is the owner of Pet Haven and the Certified Contracted Animal Control Officer with the City of Ridgely and Tiptonville. Jess Graduated from Dyer County High School and Currently lives in Ridgely, TN with her family, Chad Perry, and their children. Jess and Chad also have pets of their own. Jess became a certified ACO as of 10/2024!

Eevee is a volunteer with Pet Haven. She has helped with calls on the dogs, bathing, walking, cleaning kennels, and more. She is wanting to pursue a career in animal control after she gets out of high school. Once Jess retires from animal rescue, Eevee is hoping to take over and continue helping dogs stay off the streets. She loves to help all kinds of animals. When she isn't helping at the shelter, she's playing with her siblings. Currently she has a snake as her own pet. 

Shania Cox is the Volunteer Rescue Coordinator for Pet Haven. She has also helped on calls with Jess, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, etc. She graduated from Dyer County High School. Shania currently lives in Ridgely with her family, Darryl Cox, and children. They also have their own pets. Shania also helps out with the Lake County Rescue Squad. 

Dana Hayes is the Volunteer Social Media Coordinator for Pet Haven. Dana has also helped with taking photos of the dogs, training, and walking the dogs. She also fosters when she is able to. Dana graduated from Lake County High School and currently lives North of Tiptonville with her husband, Nicky Hayes Jr. They also have their own pets: Nermel, Beethoven, Meeko, and Scruffy.

Beth Robertson is our fundraising coordinator. Beth currently works for Ridgely City Hall as a clerk and HR Manager. She has pets and children she loves to spend time with.
