- Missing a dog and want to see if the dog has been picked up at the shelter - call Jess between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM monday - saturday at 731-377-4574
- Needing to report a dog violation/vicious dog/roaming stray please call the Lake County Sheriff's 731-253-7791 office to have them dispatch Animal Control to the scene as if it is a county call Pet Haven Animal Control is unable to respond. This also ensures the county and cities can see the need for Animal Control within our townships.
- Needing to surrender your dog, call Jess at 731-377-4574. Please understand we are a very small facility and may not have room. We will work with you on trying to rehome your dog and if an available spot comes open, we will call you to take your dog.
